The Great Citator Debate
West's KeyCite and the new Shepard's Online from Lexis went

treatment of resources from each vendor.

of screen shots, font sizes and location issues.

Genie Tyburski's ResearchWire column this month,

Web, reviews a range of free and 'for a fee' Web resources

ranging from a PC crisis line to a Spanish language
resource for business news.

The past two weeks have been a hot time for Web related
news stories, and On the Newsstand has links to topics ranging
from the recent Y2K bill on limiting liability to the inevitable
march to a new Web tax policy.

LLRXalerts reports on major changes at FindLaw, OCLC,
