[WEB4LIB] RE: Netscape plug-ins and helpers

Why can't you just remove the actual plug-in from the plug-ins
directory? I do this all the time. I keep an archive of common plug-ins,
and just drag and drop. Most common ones seem to handle it just fine.
Every time Netscape loads, it scans that directory and builds the list.
