There are a number of ways to do this. If you have access to your own
server, understand Perl, directory structures, etc...you can download free
software and set up your own system. Someone else might want to elaborate
on this.

Or, you can use one of the many free remotely-hosted services which you
can find, for example, at:

http://www.freecenter.com/forums.html

I just set one up at:

http://www.mach.org/users/scottp/wwwboard/

for demo purposes.

Beware. These do not reside on your own server, so you have little, if
any, control over them.
