As previously discussed on ONE of the library lists to which I subscribe, I'd
recommend serious testing and consultation before a library switched solely to
cable modems. The architecture of this connection is heavily slanted toward
hooking up clients, NOT servers. That is, they're biased toward pumping data
INTO your facility, not OUT of it.
