Forms and NT

Folks,

We've got some forms to put up on our page.  Also we're about to move our
page from our VMS server over to our NT server.  I've worked with Perl on
Unix, but not NT.  Is there a CGI language that works better on NT?  Any
pointers on getting started--links, libraries, advice, and etc. will be
greatly appreciated also.
