Here are some addresses to bring your ILL technologically up into the
90's.  Use the Internet to deliver TIFF images of the document, post it
to a Web site and send an e-mail to the original requester.  Use a
Z39.50 client to search local or selected databases to locate items.

As for OCLC, being a selective user is not very expensive and provides a
good ILL system.  Check with your local OCLC service provider (AMIGOS,
SOLINET etc.)
