Hello Web4Libbies-

2 things:

- Our Library website had over 100,000 user sessions in March, a new record.
Before I get a big head, our public information officer wants to know what
kind of traffic other large public library sites are experiencing. For us,
a user session is 15 minutes. Please reply directly to me

- Re: Library Staff Webs/Intranets, I had a look at some of the pages posted
today and noticed a considerable lack of fun. How do you get staff to hit
the site regularly? Ours has staff profiles, new baby pictures, etc. that
attract a lot of attention. And a staff phone number database that some
people can't live without. Granted, we're a public library . . . and we're
also locked down to NT authentication (seamless access from staff
workstations, log in on the road). If you really want to see it, let me know
and I'll send screenshots.
