I've normally found that when a dll is missing, several people are missing it and several other people have it out on the web.  I
don't have it but if you go to altavista or must any other search engine on the web and put "xlhtml.dll" in the search blank, you'll
probably find it very soon and then save it into your system directory.  You'll probably have to reboot.
