[WEB4LIB] Cache clearing in IE4

There are two ways:

1. Internet Explorer

   - "View" Menu
   - "Internet Options..."
   - "Advanced" tab
   - Check the option "Delete saved pages when browser is closed"
     (it's under the Security section)

2. TweakUI

   - This is a neat little utility from Microsoft that will clear the
     cache, plus a whole lot more. The URL is
