It may be possible to set up a dual-boot system with Win95 and Win98 - check
the Win98 Resource Kit.

Other options are:

1. Set up a machine with a removable disk drive bay, and install each OS on
its own disk.

2. Use a program such as System Commander.

3. The Windows developer kit includes a program called Winboot, targeted at
multiple language installations (eg., English and Chinese Win95). I have done
this, and it works very well.

Also, note that NT 5 (currently in beta) has support for all languages. So you
can set up in English, and still display, print, and even enter characters in
Chinese.
