[WEB4LIB] RE: E-mail in libraries

To return to the discussion, rather than personalities, the original 
problem didn't have to do with users who had  problems using a 
resource, but with those users who deliberately either used, or tried 
to use, resources that were not allowed.  A person, or group of 
persons who does this over and over ceases to be thought of in 
complimentary terms. The term used did not bring to my mind the 
ordinary library patron having a problem.
