They may have added that blurb at the bottom of their page because of the
suit against them.  While it doesn't make up for professional web-design
(it does take some extra effort to code not only cross-platform, but to
make the page accessible to text-readers, but it can be done, sometimes
with only a little sacrifice to how you wanted your page laid out), it does
probably minimally satisfy the ADA requirements though they should have the
link to their blurb at the very top of the page, because someone with a
text reader trying to read the page may give up in frustration trying to
understand what they are hearing from their text reader (tables can wreak
havoc with text-readers) before their text-reader reaches their "Requests
for Alternative Formats".  There are literally millions upon millions of
visually disabled people who have web access.
