I have had the same experience as the writer.  Delayed & missing
tutorials; no responses to repeated email inquiries;  finally, a promise
of a refund a few months ago, but, of course, no refund has been received.
I think this Copley/Arlington is giving email coursework a bad name.
It's too bad.
