Help Desk Software Solutions -- cross-posted

Sorry for cross-posting, I'm interested in help desk software solutions,
preferably one with a web interface and can run off Unix, though will
investigate NT server solutions as well.  Would like something that can
track held desk call, keep a database/files on staff PC's, have a web
interface that people can submit problems to me.  Network testing or remote
PC config scanning would be nice but not necessary.  We're a small
University with a very small (too small) library staff so I really don't
need a "power" solution.  Any ideas, hints, testimonials, critiques,
pointers to resources will be helpful.
