[WEB4LIB] Fonts and zoom utilities (Re: Re: Web/ADA/uh oh...)

Arial is a sans serif font. Everything I've read about typography and
desktop publishing indicates that serif types such as Times are better for
text, easier on the eyes, and sans serif for headlines.
