clearing Location or Netsite

The tech-note that Bill pointed to does provide an good explanation on how
to do this for each of the versions of Navigator.  However, these are
one-shot only methods.  If you want to keep urls from being saved into the
location box beyond the end of a users session, you need to set the files
to read-only.
