Clarification of List Policy

Recent events have persuaded me that I must clarify my list policy.
I do not take subscribers to task for anything except violations of the
Web4Lib Posting Policy at: 

http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/#Policy

If someone's list behavior requires me to add another restriction to my
posting policy, this addition is announced to the discussion *before* I
admonish anyone for breaking it. After one warning (as the policy
states), anyone so warned is removed upon a second infraction against
the same policy item. Now within this fairly liberal posting policy,
subscribers are free to (and sometimes do) make fools of themselves. This
is why I also have the Guidelines for Appropriate List Behavior at :

Those, however, are purely voluntary. Those who heed them will keep their
reputation intact.
