How to find IP addresses

I used nslookup from a unix shell account.

 nslookup www.hotmail.com
Server: localhost.tiac.net
Address: 127.0.0.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: www.hotmail.com
Address: 207.82.250.251

There is also a piece of software called cyberkit.

It has ping, whois, and nslookup also.

I hope this helped.
