I've done this using Netscape's Manual Proxy. I just type in the IP
addresses or domain names and it restricts the Internet to those sites.
There is a limit to how many sites you can restrict (from what I've heard)
but since you only need access to one or two sites, this is an easy (and
free!) way of setting it up.
