FCC Hoax

Sorry, I didn't check the source this time.  So far I've
received corrections from four people on this list. 
The person who forwarded the message to me does
not have access to Internet at her company. 
Meaning well, she used to forward virus warnings to
me but they all turned out to be hoax after checking
on the web.  Now I see how easy it is to spread the
hoax among "e-mail only" users.  My excuse is
"Monday morning after a week-long vacation."
