Encarta 98 and WinU4.1

We are using WinU 4.1 in our library and we have problems with the
access to the Encarta CD-ROM.
When we click at the button Encarta in a Winu desk, Encarta starts up
but is immediately shut down.
Who can give us suggestions to solve this problem ?
