I've been using Opera 2.12 for some time now. It's different and takes
only a small learning curve.

Just got done upgrading to 3.0 and the first thing I did was turn off
frames. The second was to disable scripts (like java). And then the third
thing I did was notice that it grabbed my favorites from MSIE and Netscape
and ported them over to Opera. 

Anyway, it's still my browser of choice. Small overhead, easy to use,
cheap.

It's certainly worth taking a look at at www.operasofware.com considering
there's a 30-day trial on the full-featured version.
