Dialup woes

Just to note, I am a new subscriber to the list and dont know how much
this subject has been covered but I did search the archives for a while
with no luck.

Has anyone out there setup a secure dialup workstation for the public
that works?  I have managed to get secure and dialup but never quite
functional together.

I have used windows internal security (policy editor and the like) and a
product called fortres - is there any better product out there that
anyone knows of?
