Running Navigator in Kiosk Mode

Does anyone know of a way to use JavaScripts to reset a page
back to the homepage after a certain length of time with no
mouse or keyboard activity?  I know there are various
programs that can do that but would prefer JavaScript or
even a Java applet.

I got Andrew's kiosk script to work the first time!!  Great
idea. Thanks.
