Running Navigator in Kiosk Mode

Hi all,

Sometime back, I posted a message that described how to use javascript
with Netscape Navigator 4.0 to create a kiosk-mode browser.  At the time,
I promised to create a web page describing how to do that.  Well, I've
finally done it!

For those of you how feel Javascript impaired...trust me..this is the
easy!  If you can cut-and-paste, you can use this code to run Navigator in
Kiosk mode.
