This bibliography, originally created for a panel discussion at a regional
conference in Wisconsin, has grown with the increasing number of documents
which address the problems and issues related to teaching and using
critical thinking skills to evaluate Internet resources.

  CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE (CDNCC).
    The Canadian Domain Name Consultative Committee (CDNCC) has prepared
    a proposal outlining it's recommendations on the restructuring of the
    top level Canadian Internet domain name .CA and is seeking comments on
    these recommendations from the Canadian public.
