TRULs (Typo, Sorry)

I had a typo in the message asking for information about TURLs.  It
should have been TRULs.  The person presenting the paper at CIL 99 did
reply and note my typo and said all would be revealed at the conference.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to make the conference ... so would an
attendee or the author please be kind enough to enlighten the rest of us
after?  Will the papers be available on-line?
