navigating in kiosk mode

I have found that when you are in kiosk mode with either Netscape or
Internet Explorer, you can navigate forward and backward using Alt-Right
arrow and Alt-Left arrow. However, I have yet to find a key that takes
you to the home page. Are there any guidelines out there of navigation
keys for getting around in kiosk mode?
