Yes, and some other mail programs do too, I believe.  It saves the
username & password.  (Sometimes there is a box to uncheck in the mail
program, saying you don't want to save your personal info on that
computer).

We solved this by adding a "del c:\path\cookie.txt" line in the
autoexec.bat.  The patron would just have to reboot after logging out.
