E-Rate funding

Sorry for cross-posting.

I've not seen anyone mention, so I thought I would ask.  How many of you
are familiar with the new E-Rate government funding program to provide
for telecommunication services in:

-all public K-12 elementary and secondary schools
-elementary and secondary non-profit private schools with endowments <
$50M.
-libraries.

For those familiar, what sorts of projects are being considered for
funding?  Please respond privately, and I will summarize for those
interested.  This info is for my own education, and will not be used
commercially.
