I am on a technical committee looking into different technologies for
providing distance learning. Is anyone using Internet Relay Chat (IRC)
or any of the other conferencing software such as NetMeeting, Netscape
Communicator's Conference, PowWow or such? We are already using Full
motion video via PictureTel (I think thats the hardware). We are
looking into all possible technologies including snail mail,e-mail, web,
CuSeeMe, and so on.
