Netscape 4.03 on a Dell computer

I am also interested in ideas about how to circumvent this.  I have had
the same problem on a Compaq Prolinea--but in my case, I was assuming
this was a memory issue.  Is this more than an "idiosyncrasy"? with one 
or two particular and a problem with Netscape? I actually first noticed
this happening with 4.01.  Hoping Roberta will share any
solutions/explanations that mau come to her directly,
