Sharing Technology Plans

Hi all,

Well it is that time again, at least for our library, to begin
developing a three year techology plan.  I know that developing such a
plan is inherently difficult because of the changing nature of
technology, however, I think it is a good idea to take the time to do
this.  I was wondering if any of my colleagues would be willing to share
their library technology plans with me and our library? I am interested
in all plans so please don't be concerned about the type of library you
represent. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated.
