    'Netlearn' is a directory of resources for learning and teaching
    Internet skills, including resources for WWW, email and other
    formats. Value-added links with descriptive and evaluative
    annotations are provided, covering:

         Navigating the Internet 
         Searching the Internet 
         Providing information on the Internet 
         Learning HTML 
         Internet demographics, statistics and information 
         Special needs 
         Foreign language resources.
