CD ROM to WWW migration

One unfortunate liability of webbed databases is the vagaries of
intervening network connections. One of the biggies that we license
in its webbed form is suffering from severe network problems, in this
case apparently at their own gateway router to the Internet.
However, one could easily imagine problems outside of the vendor's
and customer's control such as routing flaps on the backbone and
outages at a MAE.

Nevertheless, it is hard to argue with the advantages of the
www-based products.
