**Annotated Bibliography on Networked Learner Support**

The NetLinkS project is pleased to announce the arrival of the
Annotated Bibliography on Networked Learner Support (NLS), available
via the NetLinkS website at:

http://netways.shef.ac.uk/index.htm

NetLinkS is a Training and Awareness project supported by the Joint
Information Systems Committee of the Higher Education Funding Council
of England, as part of its Electronic Libraries programme.

This annotated bibliography examines current NLS initiatives that have
been implemented in higher education institutions both in the UK and
internationally. Organisational and professional issues relating to
the development and implementation of NLS are also included.

The bibliography is a work in progress. New entries will be added and
updated regularly during the life of the NetLinks project. We hope
that the annotations contained here will be useful to individuals and
organizations interested in exploring NLS issues in their own
institutions.

We very much hope that you will help us to develop this resource, and
welcome your suggestions for changes and additions. If you would like
to recommend an article for inclusion in the annotated bibliography,
please feel free to email me.

Best wishes
Sarah
