Uhm... girlie mags (that seems to be the big issue here) aren't
very scarce, either. You can pick them up at any newstand.

So again I ask - what's the difference? Why should a library
carry a non-scarce resource online, but not carry a non-scarce
resource in paper format? That makes no sense.
