  We are a test site for a product called Publici. It's developed by
Spacetime Corp. based out of Penn.. It is designed to be used as a stand
alone system. It is mainly marketed towards coffee shops and other
internet access points where maintenace is a minimum. It can be run on
Windows95 or NT. Users can purchase or be given coupons with a code that
starts an Internet session. Administrators can regulate the amount of
time each code is good for. You can also set up the system to use a
barcode or a magnetic card like credit cards. It is a very versitile
system and uses the security settings for NT well. Can be used for
dial-up or networked systems. If you have any particular questions you
