After receiving various opinions on whether FILT4LIB exists or doesn't exist, it appears that it does indeed: TO SUBSCRIBE: Send a message with the word "subscribe" in the subject field to filt4lib at public.ci.escondido.ca.us. Do not put anything in the message field.
