Try looking at this site: http://www.tpc.int/

The system works pretty well, but doesn't cover everywhere (at least, 
not yet).

The syntax is along the lines....

remote-printer.PERSONS_NAME/COMPANY at FAXNUMBER.iddd.tpc.int
