frames, again! -Reply

Frames can be real purty, but new users are often mystified by
them.  They don't know what to follow--the arrows on the frames?
 The links?  the browser's buttons?  

Also, I too find on my monitor (less than 14" viewable area) that I
do a lot of inconvenient scrolling left and right (the sort of
behavior frames were designed to prevent...).
