Netscape Gold - help getting rid of table lines in ed

     Some of the HTML editors - Netscape Gold 3.0 among them - tend to push 
     a border when you set-up a table.  Many of the people using these 
     editors are not comfortable going into the HTML to edit the 
     attributes.  But you're right, zapping the border makes sense.

Several people have suggested using the "BORDER=0" attribute of the TABLE 
tag to make the border disappear, but I'm surprised that no one has 
suggested leaving the BORDER attribute out entirely. The default setting 
of the TABLE tag is no border; only by specifying a border will you get 
one.
