Helper Apps in MSIE 3.0?

Hi -

Go into View, Options, Programs, File Types, Find URL: Telnet Protocol,
click on edit, in Edit File Types click on edit, in the box Application
used to perform action type the folder and file name to start QVT.

	ex. c:\programs\qpc\QVTNet\bin\term.exe
