     Position Opening:  Manager, Information Services and Internet 
     Applications
     
     Aspens Systems Corporation, a leader in clearinghouse operations, is 
     seeking a highly qualified manager to oversee the design and 
     implementation of new strategies (Business Development and Print on 
     Demand Services) for information acquisition, collection development 
     and electronic dissemination tasks for its Justice operations.  
     Expertise in library management, database development, and Internet 
     applications are required.  At least 7 years experience managing 
     multiple resources and technical staff and an advanced degree in 
     information/library science or related discipline is required.
