Windows NT Advice

Our library is planning on switching from our Novell network to Windows
NT ASAP.  We would like some inside scoops from those of you who've
already installed NT regarding security issues, training offered by
Microsoft/dealers, and any of the bumps you've had with it.  Our library's
policy is one stop shopping so all of our public and staff terminals run
our CDROMs, the Internet (text and graphical), our OPAC, etc.  How well
does NT do with this kind of setup and how easy is it to run everything
from a central server?  ANY information you can pass along will be much
appreciated!  TIA
