               NEW UDT OCCASSIONAL PAPER AVAILABLE

The following paper has been published as UDT Core Programme
Occasional Paper #6:

KNOWLEDGE ORGANIZATION FOR THE BETTERMENT OF MANKIND.
  Vigdor Schreibman
  Federal Information News Syndicate

  Abstract:

This paper addresses the rise of chaos in the records of knowledge
since the beginning of the modern era, which the author concludes
cannot be solved by technology, simply because these problems are
spiritual in nature. A purposive model is proposed addressing the
self-imposed incongruities in the theories of action, which guide
  human thought.
