One useful MSDOS.SYS line not mentioned in the "bombproofing" posting is:

	BootWarn=0

This setting prevents booting to so-called Safe Mode (which a user could 
otherwise force by powering down the workstation at the correct moment of 
a boot-up, then powering back up).
