The only problem with responding to their P.R. company is that they may 
not be as responsive as someone right AT the company, if the P.R. contact 
you have is Packard Bell's ad agency.  They probably came up with the 
idea, and they may not want to pass along negative information about 
THEIR idea's reception by the public.  PB paid them for that idea.

Of course, the contact e-mail address you gave may not be their ad 
agency.  Personally, I would write a letter to the President of PB.  He/She 
may pass it along to someone else for action, but I like to start at the 
top.  He or she might even care!
