Netscape 2.0.1 and WordPerfect conflict?

Hello all,

We've just encountered some conflicts between Netscape 2.0.1 and 
WordPerfect for Windows 6.1.  Seems both Netscape & WP use the some of 
the same file names creating all sorts of havoc...overwriting each other's 
files, mucking w/ the PC's memory, etc.

Any one else experiencing this problem?
