NOTIS Tag Chart Marked Up on the Web?

Has anyone marked up the NOTIS tag chart on the web?

We're finding it difficult to use the chart in the format in which we're 
getting it from <ftp://ftp.als.ameritech.com/pub/lms601/lc110dat>.

Has anyone reformatted the chart to make it easier to use, something that
looks more like OCLC's Bibliographic Formats and Standards at
<http://www.oclc.org/oclc/bib/toc.htm>? 

That would be a lot of work,  and we'd hate to reinvent the wheel.  It's
just very difficult to train staff to use the text in the format in which 
it is supplied.
